I’ve always believed that how you start your morning sets the tone for the rest of the day. Establishing a solid morning routine has completely transformed my energy, mindset, and productivity. Instead of rushing through my mornings, I take time to focus on the habits that make me feel my best.
These are my daily non-negotiables:
Journaling
Starting my day with a gratitude journal takes less than two minutes, but it makes a huge difference. It helps me stay present, appreciate the little things, and set a positive mindset for the day ahead.
Greens & Supplements
Fueling my body with the nutrients it needs is a priority. Whether it’s a greens powder, vitamins, or other supplements, I make sure my body gets everything it needs to function at its best.
Skincare
I will never skip my skincare routine. Taking care of my skin is just as important as any other part of my wellness routine. If you don’t have a skincare routine yet, this is your sign to start one.
Caffeinate & Hydrate
Mornings wouldn’t be the same without my caffeine fix. But just as important is staying hydrated—I aim for a gallon of water a day, so getting a head start early in the morning helps me stay on track.
Planning the Day
I recently started time blocking, and it has been a game-changer for my productivity. Even if I don’t use a detailed planner, simply writing a to-do list in the morning keeps me focused and organized throughout the day.
Movement
I’m an early morning workout person, and getting my workout done first thing makes the rest of my day go so much smoother. Prioritizing my physical health in the morning helps me feel accomplished and energized.
